How do I know if my item is eligible for return?

We offer a 2-day return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the returned products are unused, with the original packaging & tags. To process the return we request you to please send a picture of the product on & the reason for the return.

Please note that items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged.

What if I have received a damaged product? 

Our commitment is to ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in some rare event that you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send a return request on with a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your order. Once the return request is approved, we will send you a free replacement or offer a credit voucher for the same amount.

Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
